Constitution Day is Tuesday, September 17th! In honor of this special day, Jane Thomas, aka Patriotic Polly, came to pay us a visit on MONDAY!. She is from the Rachel Caldwell Chapter DAR and taught us about the Constitution. She dressed in her colonial costume from 1787 (the children really think she's over 200 years old). She gave each student a bell to ring at 4:00 pm on Tuesday because that is when the Constitution was actually signed.
